FAQ

Die Casting Molds — FAQ

Which alloys do you design dies for?

Aluminum (A380, ADC12 and similar) and zinc alloys, including thin-wall and structural castings.

What size dies can you build?

Our gantry CNC handles workpieces up to roughly 2500×1800 mm — among the largest in-house capacities in the region.

What steel do you use for die casting dies?

H13-class hot-work steel, hardened in-house with records. Surface treatments available for longer die life.

Do you provide trial castings?

Yes — dies are trialed and sample castings are approved before shipment.

Can you repair die casting dies?

Yes, including crack repair, insert replacement and cooling channel rework.
