What types of stamping dies do you build?
Progressive dies (multi-station), compound dies (blanking and forming in one stroke) and stage dies (sequential operations), for thicknesses from thin foil to heavy plate.
What is the lead time for a stamping die?
2–5 weeks depending on station count and complexity. Prototype and short-run tools can be fast-tracked.
Which steels do you use for dies?
SKD11 and SKD61 are standard; powder high-speed steels for high-wear punches. Heat treatment is done in-house with hardness records.
Can you provide samples before full production?
Yes — dies are tried out and samples are produced and approved before delivery.
Do you support progressive die design?
Yes. Our engineers design the complete strip layout and die, optimizing material utilization and station balance.
Can you maintain or repair existing dies?
Yes — we repair and rebuild dies from other suppliers, including punch replacement and coating renewal.
